AVChat Refund Policy

AVChat.net is a company registered in Romania, and thus needs to respect the Romanian laws in what regards e-commerce and orders placed remotely.

Should you not be satisfied with the software, you can ask for (and receive) a refund in the next 10 days subsequent to the day you received the software. You will be issued a refund in full within 7 days of receiving the refund request and the software license for your domain will soon be disabled.

To request a refund send us an email at contact@avchat.net. Please include the reasons that led you to request it.

The above refund policy only applies to the AVCHat 2 and AVConference standard software bought trough our web site.

The above refund policy does not apply to the Integration Service, to the upgrade payments and to any custom software/feature developed by our company.
